1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.

2. How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is FREE on orders of AED 250 or more. Orders under AED 250 have a flat delivery fee of AED 30 anywhere in the UAE.

Need it fast? Next-Day Delivery is available across the UAE for AED 45. Choose it at checkout.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within the UAE. Any applicable additional charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Do you have a discount for first-time customers?

Yes! Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted purchases.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product, please contact us. Your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws remain protected.

7. Are your products suitable for all sugar gliders?

Our products include food, treats, milk, supplements, grooming essentials, and accessories.

Please read each product's ingredients, instructions, and age recommendations before use. Not every product is suitable for every pet or life stage.

8. How should I store pet food and supplements?

Follow the storage instructions provided on each product's packaging. Keep products properly sealed and check expiry dates before use.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may be possible before your order is processed or dispatched, subject to applicable consumer rights.
